The above PA has been published. Objections must be sent to Surrey CC if possible by email to mwcd@surreycc.gov.uk quoting you name and full postal address. The due date is Monday 24th April.
The PA documents can be found either via the SCC Planning Register website at: Planning applications register - Surrey County Council (surreycc.gov.uk) entering SCC_Ref_2023-0045 or via the Runnymede BC website at Planning Application Search (runnymede.gov.uk) entering RU.23/0474.

IN OUR OPINION IT IS CRITICAL WE OBJECT NOW TO ENSURE WE CAN MOULD THE SOLUTION INTO SOMETHING MORE APPROPRIATE. THIS WILL ENSURE THE PA IS FORMALLY ADDRESSED AT SCC PLANNING COMMITTEE AND WE HAVE OUR SAY:
Key Issues with the Development Include:
· A massive footprint size for the site, very close to the corner and Slade Road.
· 3 Storeys, Flat Roofed, large slab sides with about 40 outward looking windows/balconies onto Crawshaw and Slade Roads.
· No attributes that match anything in the surrounding area.
· Insufficient on-site parking for the 44 residential units and other staff.
